Revisiting a Workday SCM Transformation in Healthcare
A few years ago, we supported a major Workday Human Capital Management, Financials and Supply Chain Management implementation for a large healthcare system. What we have learned since then is how strongly supply chain controls have influenced the client’s operational stability and financial accuracy. With supply costs representing a significant share of hospital budgets, the organization’s decision to build a unified HCM–Financials–SCM foundation in Workday continues to pay off.
