Joe is a Managing Director in Protiviti’s Technology Consulting group. He has over 20 years of experience in the State Government, Commercial Aerospace, Defense Manufacturing, Aftermarket Services, Consumer Goods, and Information Technology industries. During this time, Joe has worked in Enterprise Data management, Software design and development, Information Management, Business Continuity Planning, Database design and optimization and Software Consolidation and Integration. Throughout his career, Joe has designed and implemented technology strategies and solutions aimed at minimizing data redundancy, retiring legacy systems, and integrating software applications to streamline end-user adoption.
Joe is considered a leader in Protiviti’s Transformation Program Management practice, which includes Program Office Transformation and Program Management. Over the last 20 years, he has worked as a Program Manager leading several M&A Divestiture and Integration projects, software development initiatives, and ERP Implementation projects. Joe has deep experience in the management and delivery of complex technical solutions and is comfortable working with both business and IT leadership.
