Performance efficiency is the foundational pillar of a cloud well-architected framework. Yet, many organizations struggle to use cloud resources, so applications perform efficiently and scale to meet the user demands placed on them by users in an efficient manner.

In this video blog, first launched at the recent Microsoft Inspire conference, I talk about Microsoft Azure tools, technologies, and programs, answering some of the most common questions we hear from clients on how to effectively leverage leading practices for application design and data management for increased performance efficiency. In this six-minute video, I cover topics ranging from the definition of performance efficiency to designing for scale, data partitioning, and policy alignment for improved data management to incorporating continuous monitoring and performance testing into any development effort and much more.
